Spring 1989 Trompe-l'œil Tattoo Mesh Top
Sheer top in mesh adorned with tribal tattoo motifs from French Polynesia. Designed from Martin's first and historic runway show in 1989 and re-visited for his spring 1994 "Retrospective" Collection. This piece is displayed at many Museums, including The Met and Palais Galliera's "Musée de La Mode" collection.
Condition Excellent with no apparent flaws, but the mesh has light superficial wear under close inspection.
